About the Cycling Instructor
Hey, I'm Kim.
During the day I'm your local web designer, graphic designer, and social media manager. By night, I'm a rogue bicycle instructor- teaching adults the basics of bike commuting.
I've loved bicycles all of my life. As a child, I received hand me down bikes from my siblings. I commonly created franken-bikes from the working parts of the various hand me down bikes.
I guess my passion for bicycles comes more in the simple yet elegant engineering for such a versatile form of transportation.
Around my small hometown of Warsaw, you could see me riding around via rollerblades or bicycle.
I would come back to bikes again later in life- but more for exercise and relaxation.
I am a trained cycling instructor by the League of American Cyclists. I have lead talks at local high schools and have been teaching people cycling basics for 2 years.
